74th Republic Day Cerebration Notification !!

प्रिय मित्रो,

26 जनवरी 2023 को हम सभी मिलकर 74वां गणतंत्र दिवस का समारोह अपने सोसाइटी (41-76) के सेंट्रल पार्क में सुबह 10:30 बजे से मनाने का प्रस्ताव रखा गया है। आप सभी निवासियो से अनुरोध है कि पुरे परिवार सहित इस समारोह में आकर इसे सफल बनाये और एक जुटता का परिचय दे क्योकि एकजुटाता में की शक्ति व सफलता है. इस समारोह के नियोजित कार्यक्रम निम्नप्रकार है।

  1) यहाँ के भुजूर्ग नागिरकों / मित्रों द्वारा फ्लैग होस्टिंग करना तदुपरांत स्वीट्स का वितरण।  

 2) ड्राइंग प्रतियोगिता (आयु 4-6 और 7-12) के लिए (प्रतियोगी ड्राइंग पेपर, कलर, राइटिंग बोर्ड़ अपना-अपना ले कर आये)

 3) नृत्य, भाषण और गायन प्रतियोगिता (एक प्रतियोगी केवल एक प्रियोगिता में ही  भाग ले सकेंगे)

 4) दौड़- आयु समूह (3~5  & 6~10)

 5) म्यूजिकल चेयर और तंबोला (समय की उपलब्ध्ता पर)

 6) प्राइज वितरण व क्लोज़र स्पीच

 इस गणतंत्र दिवस के शुभ अवसर व आप सभी निवासियों के अनुरोध पर, समारोह के उपरांत (1.0 बजे) सामूहिक लंच का आयोजन किया गया है। लंच का मेनू : पूड़ी, आलू-टमाटर की सब्जी, चावल, कढ़ी व हलवा।   जैसा कि मालूम होगा की आप सभी के मासिक सुब्स्क्रिप्शन व समय समय पर विशेष कार्यों हेतु दिए गए अनुदान से ही RWA, सोसाइटी में हम सभी के लिए कार्य करती है। 

26 जनवरी के प्रोग्राम में लगभग 30000 का खर्च आएगा अतः हर एक फ्लैट से 200 रूपये का सहयोग की आवश्यकता होगी। इसमें होने बाले खर्च का विवरण समारोह के उपरांत आप सभी को दिया जायेगा। जो भी मित्र सोसाइटी के बकाया मासिक सुब्स्क्रिप्शन को अभी तक नहीं दे पाए है उन सभी से विनम्र निवेदन है कि उसे जल्द से जल्द दे कर सोसाइटी में होने वाले सभी समारोह में बिना किसी रूकावट के भाग ले सके। सोसाइटी व RWA मासिक सुब्स्क्रिप्शन देने वाले परिवार के हितो के लिए वचनबद्ध है। 

सभी शहरवासियों से पूर्ण भागीदारी की आशा है।

 

Dear friends,

It is proposed to celebrate 74th Republic Day on 26th January 2023 at the Central Park of our Society (41-76) from 10:30 am. All the residents are requested to attend this function along with the whole family and make it a success and show solidarity because there is strength and success in unity. The planned program of this function is as follows.

   1) Flag hosting by senior citizens/friends here followed by distribution of sweets.

  2) For drawing competition (age 4-6 and 7-12) (competitors bring their own drawing paper, color, writing board)

  3) Dance, Speech and Singing Competition (A contestant can participate in only one competition)

  4) Race- Age Group (3~5 & 6~10)

  5) Musical Chair and Tambola (Subject to availability of time)

  6) Prize distribution and closing speech

 On the auspicious occasion of this Republic Day and on the request of all the residents, a mass lunch has been organized after the ceremony (1.0 pm). Lunch menu: Puri, potato-tomato vegetable, rice, curry and pudding. As it will be known that RWA works for all of us in society only with the monthly subscription of all of you and the grant given from time to time for special works. 

About 30000 will be spent in the program of 26 January, so a contribution of 200 rupees will be required from each flat. The details of the expenses incurred in this will be given to all of you after the ceremony. It is a humble request to all those friends who have not yet been able to pay the outstanding monthly subscription of the society, to give it as soon as possible so that they can participate in all the functions held in the society without any hindrance. The Society and the RWA are committed to the welfare of the families paying the monthly subscription.

Full participation is expected from all the citizens.
