Message to Residents - 15th Aug'24 Celebration!

 

Dear Residents, 

तिरंगा हमारी शान है तिरंगा हमारी शान है इस तिरंगे से ही तो जुड़ी हमारी पहचान है।

We will be celebrating 78^th Independence Day on 15^th Aug’24. We RWA is inviting all the residents of our block to be part of this historic event. A nation is known by its citizens, similarly a society premises is known by its residents.

Below are the details of the event:

1)      Drawing competition (9 AM to 10 AM)

2)      Flag hosting and distribution of Sweets (10:30 AM)

3)      Speech/Dance/Poem/Singing/Quiz (10:30 AM onwards)

Rules and regulations: 

·     Participants needs to nominate themselves a day before of the event which will be maximum by 14^th Aug’24. No nomination is accepted after the timelines.

o   Either share details over RWA whatsapp number 8368001473 one on one or share the details with Mr. Naresh.

·       Drawing competition is open for all, upto age limit 14. Participants needs to bring colours, pencils etc. RWA will facilitates with drawing sheets.

·       Kids, Boys or Girls are allowed to participate only in one activity (other than drawing).

·       Maximum 2 minutes given for each activity like Poem, Singing etc.

·       No defaulters are allowed to participate in the event (apologies, rule is rule. No facilities)

·       Considering there is a possibility Central Park will not be used this time because of the existing weather condition we may utilize front area of Mandir premises hence we will be requiring support from Car owners to park the vehicles in other areas of the society for half day.

We hope for full support and participation from all of the residents considering its our nation and society area, like we always say if we all are united, we will make a better place for living specially for our parents and upcoming generations.

Kindly note, If the weather condition favours then only, we will be having event else only flag hosting and sweets distribution will be done as per above timelines.

हम 15 अगस्त 2024 को 78वां स्वतंत्रता दिवस मनाएंगे। हम आरडब्ल्यूए अपने ब्लॉक के सभी निवासियों को इस ऐतिहासिक कार्यक्रम का हिस्सा बनने के लिए आमंत्रित कर रहे हैं। एक राष्ट्र अपने नागरिकों से जाना जाता है, इसी तरह एक समाज परिसर अपने निवासियों से जाना जाता है।

नीचे कार्यक्रम का विवरण दिया गया है:

1) ड्राइंग प्रतियोगिता (सुबह 9 से 10 बजे तक)

2) ध्वजारोहण और मिठाई का वितरण (सुबह 10:30 बजे)

3) भाषण/नृत्य/कविता/गायन/क्विज़ (सुबह 10:30 बजे से)

 नियम और विनियम:

• प्रतिभागियों को कार्यक्रम से एक दिन पहले खुद को नामांकित करना होगा जो अधिकतम 14 अगस्त 2024 तक होगा। समयसीमा के बाद कोई नामांकन स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

§  या तो आरडब्लूए के व्हाट्सएप नंबर 8368001473 पर व्यक्तिगत रूप से विवरण साझा करें या श्री नरेश के साथ विवरण साझा करें।

• ड्राइंग प्रतियोगिता सभी के लिए खुली है, आयु सीमा 14 वर्ष तक है। प्रतिभागियों को रंग, पेंसिल आदि लाने की आवश्यकता है। आरडब्लूए ड्राइंग शीट की सुविधा प्रदान करेगा।

• लड़के या लड़कियों को केवल एक गतिविधि (ड्राइंग के अलावा) में भाग लेने की अनुमति है।

• कविता, गायन आदि जैसी प्रत्येक गतिविधि के लिए अधिकतम 2 मिनट दिए गए हैं।

• किसी भी चूककर्ता को कार्यक्रम में भाग लेने की अनुमति नहीं है (क्षमा करें, नियम नियम है। कोई सुविधा नहीं)

• यह देखते हुए कि इस बार मौजूदा मौसम की स्थिति के कारण सेंट्रल पार्क का उपयोग नहीं किया जाएगा, हम मंदिर परिसर के सामने वाले क्षेत्र का उपयोग कर सकते हैं, इसलिए हमें आधे दिन के लिए सोसायटी के अन्य क्षेत्रों में वाहनों को पार्क करने के लिए कार मालिकों से सहायता की आवश्यकता होगी।

हम अपने देश और समाज के क्षेत्र को देखते हुए सभी निवासियों से पूर्ण समर्थन और भागीदारी की उम्मीद करते हैं, जैसा कि हम हमेशा कहते हैं कि अगर हम सभी एकजुट हैं, तो हम अपने माता-पिता और आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए विशेष रूप से रहने के लिए एक बेहतर जगह बना सकते हैं।

कृपया ध्यान दें, अगर मौसम की स्थिति अनुकूल है, तो ही हम कार्यक्रम आयोजित करेंगे अन्यथा केवल ध्वजारोहण और मिठाई वितरण उपरोक्त समयसीमा के अनुसार किया जाएगा।
